Leverest GmbH in Frankfurt, starting December 2026, seeks a highly motivated student to join as a hands-on contributor, working directly with the founders and executive team on strategic, operational, and client-facing initiatives.

You will operate at the interface between business and tech, participate in product development, data analysis, and process digitalization for investment banking workflows, with real responsibility and visible impact in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifikationen

• Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field (e.g. finance, economics).
• Strong interest in private equity, private debt, leveraged buyouts and digitalization.
• Ideally, first practical experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or fintech.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong numerical/analytical mindset.

Your tasks:

• You work at the interface between the business and tech team and are thus actively involved in the further development of our innovative business model
• Contribute to the improvement/digitalization of investment banking processes
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to product development, sales, strategy and business development
• Assist with data analysis and report preparation

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field (e.g. finance, economics)
• Strong interest in the areas of private equity, private debt, leveraged buyouts as well as digitalization
• Ideally, first practical experience in the areas of investment banking, private equity, consulting or fintech
• Routine handling of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong analytical mind and a high affinity for numbers
• Full English proficiency (German is a plus)
