Qualifikationen

• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.
• Im Bachelor (4. Sem.) oder Master-Programm eingeschrieben bzw. kürzlich abgeschlossen in Business, Finance, Economics oder ähnlichem.
• Starkes Interesse an Finanzen, idealerweise Private Markets (PE, Private Debt, Real Assets).
• Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika in Start-ups, Private Equity, Strategieberatung, VC, Investment Banking o. Ä.
• Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten; sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel.

Aufgaben

• Leitung strategischer Projekte gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung.
• Durchführung von Markt-, Produkt- und Kundenrecherchen zur Identifikation von Wachstumschancen.
• Unterstützung bei der Ansprache von Vermögensverwaltern, Banken und Family Offices.
• Entwurf und Optimierung von Dashboards, Berichten und CRM-Workflows.
• Mitwirkung an Finanzmodellen und strategischen Analysen zur Umsatzsteigerung.

Morgan and Ares, enabling Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Asset investments through an innovative Fintech infrastructure.

Aufgaben

Objective of the Role

Are you interested in a career in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting or Asset Management and looking to gain meaningful experience in the Private Markets space?

As a Corporate Development & Growth Intern, you will work closely with our leadership team to support strategic initiatives across investor engagement, financial analysis, and business development.

You will contribute to high impact projects such as the development of new product strategies, investor materials, strategic growth, and market research, while gaining exposure to the dynamics of the broader Private Markets ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic projects alongside the leadership team, working with top-tier Asset Management partners
• Conduct comprehensive market, product, and client research to deepen our knowledge base, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic planning
• Support the acquisition and onboarding of wealth managers, banks, and family offices through targeted outreach and structured project support
• Design and optimize dashboards, performance reports, and CRM workflows to enhance sales efficiency and data-backed decision-making
• Contribute to financial modelling and strategic analyses to drive sustainable revenue growth and support Privatize’s broader market expansion goals

Qualifikation

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a driven and analytical candidate with the following

qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and German is required
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's (4th semester or higher) or Master's program, or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in finance, ideally with a focus on Private Markets (e.g. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets)
• Initial experience through internships in Start-Ups, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or similar environments
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; confident in using PowerPoint and Excel
