Role

Full-Stack/Front-End Developer – Germany, Tangstedt near Hamburg. As a key member of the Software Development Team, you will strengthen our team by developing new features, scaling the platform, and improving performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features: Work on projects to introduce new features and improvements to existing functionalities.
• Platform scaling: Support in scaling the platform to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
• Performance optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve performance and user experience.
• Technical implementation: Develop features and functions using Jakarta Faces/EE, Quarkus, Python, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Gitlab CI, AWS, Ansible, Puppet, and more.
• Testing and quality assurance: Conduct tests, troubleshoot, and ensure software quality.
• Deployment and DevOps: Work with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain software in the production environment.
• UI/UX optimization: Ensure high user-friendliness and collaborate with product management to design appealing products.
• Collaboration: Contribute to a small, flat‑hierarchy development team.

Profil & Key Skills

• IT education or related background (business informatics, telecommunications, network technology).
• Professional or project experience in software development.
• Experience in a cloud environment is an advantage.
• Strong German (C2) and English (good) language skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals (WAN, LAN, VPN, IP).
