Citi is seeking a data-focused Full-Stack Engineer to help make Citi Assist smarter, safer and better. You will build systems behind testing, evaluation and feedback, turning real-world data into insights that boost AI product quality and performance.

You will work across the stack—React frontend, Python backend, data pipelines and APIs—owning features end-to-end and helping shape platform direction. Hybrid work with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience building and deploying production full-stack applications.
• Excellent Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Strong data engineering, analytics and problem-solving experience.
• Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally React.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (Postgres).
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerised environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and engineering best practices.
• Experience with data visualization, analytics or experimentation.
• Technical leadership with ownership and impact.
• Desirable: GenAI/LLM evaluation, AI safety, prompt engineering, data pipelines like Airflow.

You'll work across the stack, from React and data visualisation to backend services, APIs and data pipelines, owning features end-to-end and helping shape the technical direction of the platform. This is a role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, moves with pace, takes ownership and wants to have a genuine impact on how AI is built and used at scale.,
