Tasks

Own features end to end, by yourself – from the problem through architecture, implementation, release and the fixes that follow, frontend, backend and everything in between; nobody hands you a finished spec and nobody finishes your work for you Make the technical decisions, from choosing a library to architecting a new feature, and defend the decision when it is questioned Integrate AI into the product, working with our AI services to build dependable systems around probabilistic output Build real-time features with WebSocket-based live capabilities where latency is visible to the user Ship on desktop and mobile, working on our Electron app (main and renderer architecture, native OS integration, auto-update, offline-first behaviour) and React Native app Iterate fast with continuous deployment and short cycles, ensuring design controls and traceable test evidence on the surfaces that fall under EU MDR Take initiative creating tickets and implementing them end-to-end.

Requirements

Genuinely full-stack. Strong React and TypeScript on the front end, and real backend work behind it: API design, data modelling, relational databases, async and background processing. You have built and operated both halves of a feature, not consumed an API someone else wrote You have shipped software that real users depend on, and you supported it afterwards.
