Full-Stack Developer (Team Lead) - Hybrid | Aachen, Germany

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with Team Lead experience to join a small, agile team of tech professionals based near Aachen. This is a hybrid role that offers real impact within a fast-growing environment, focused on modern web and cloud-native technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Svelte or SvelteKit (ideal), or solid experience with React or TypeScript
• Backend and API development expertise using NestJS, along with database experience in Postgres and Redis
• Infrastructure and containerisation skills with Docker (highly proficient)
• Basic to medium knowledge of Kafka for messaging/event streaming between browser and AI services
• Experience with AWS S3 and cloud platforms such as Azure
• Familiarity with GitHub (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build and deployments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus for light infrastructure management
• Minimum 3 years in a similar full‑stack role, ideally with some team lead responsibility
• Comfortable with hybrid working (office presence roughly monthly or quarterly) and open to relocation or based within the Rhein region, Germany

Nice to Have:

• Experience in manufacturing software or the manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, Figma, Miro
