About the job

At Brammibal's Donuts we're looking for service staff for our Hamburg locations.

Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs Jessica and Bram. After years of being based in Berlin, we expanded our business to Hamburg in October 2022. We are now running five cafés and a bakery in Hamburg and want to grow even more in the future to change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.

As part of our Front of House / Serviceteam you are the face of Brammibal's Donuts in Hamburg. Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut-expertise and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee is the most important part of your job. You will also help with the day-to-day upkeep and cleaning of your store, to ensure the Brammibal's and the donuts are always well presented.

Every shop is overlooked by a Shop Manager who is your direct supervisor and will support and direct you in your daily tasks. Teamwork is one of our top priorities.

About you

• You love customer service and go out of your way to make each customer feel special - exceptional customer service is very important to us
• You have a love for donuts- knowing our product is key.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is a plus
• Experience with speciality coffee or any barista skills are a plus
• Ability to speak English and some German ("Café-German")
• You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual
