Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015. Today, we run nine locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food — one donut at a time.

About the job

• As part of our Service / FOH Team, you will be one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts. You will serve customers with a warm smile, share donut expertise, and make great coffee — these are the core parts of your role.

• You will help with daily cleaning and organization in the store to ensure the presentation of our donuts is always on point.

• Each store is managed by a Shop Manager, who is your direct supervisor and will instruct and support you in your daily work. Teamwork is very important to us.

About you

• You love putting a smile on customers' faces and know what is important in customer service.

• You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual.

• You have a health certificate (food hygiene certificate from the health department); you can obtain this after you know you are starting with us.

• You ideally have English and some German language skills.

• Experience in preparing specialty coffee is a plus.

• Experience in restaurants / cafes / hospitality / customer service oriented fields.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

• You are available at least 3 days per week (we do not offer mini-jobs — you would need to be available 12–20 hours per week).
