Business Development Manager (French Speaker) (m / f / d)

Location : Hamburg Germany IT / Software

Our client a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (French Speaker) to help expand its presence in French-speaking markets and grow key accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities in Francophone regions (e.g. France Belgium Switzerland Canada etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers at the executive level
  • Develop and execute growth strategies including market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches in both French and
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients and partners
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product engineering and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Track and report on KPIs sales forecasts pipeline status and revenue targets
Your Profile
  • Native or fluent French ; excellent English skills; German is a big plus
  • Proven experience in business development / sales in the IT or software sector
  • Demonstrated success in opening up or growing markets or clients in French-speaking regions
  • Strong negotiation presentation and closing skills
  • Strategic thinker; able to develop plans and execute them autonomously
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and in tracking / managing KPIs
