Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and assist patient recruitment. The role focuses on handling patient contacts by phone and email, screening participants, and connecting doctors with patients to enable timely trial enrollment.

You will speak German and English, bring healthcare exposure (nurse, CRA, or medical field), and be organized with strong communication. Working hours span morning to evening as needed, with no sales calls.

Qualifikationen

• You speak German (native) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers' requests via phone and email, ideally in a Call Center.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
