Zusammenfassung

fino data services GmbH is seeking an ongoing freelance marketing support professional. This hands-on role covers web updates, paid campaigns, content creation, email marketing, and reporting.

You will own tasks from brief to execution, collaborating with the Head of Marketing asynchronously and with minimal supervision. You will work across channels, turning briefs into ads, posts, or presentations, and continually optimize CMS, analytics, CRM, and design tools.

Qualifikationen

• Proven hands-on marketing across web, paid ads, content and email campaigns.
• Able to switch between tasks and work independently.
• Strong eye for quality, design and clear communication.
• Hands-on mindset with adaptable priorities.
• Experience using AI in marketing workflows.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Updating landing pages and publishing new pages.
• Setting up and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing concise updates.
• Turning rough briefs into ad creatives, social posts, one-pagers or presentations.
• Writing and refining copy for websites, ads and email campaigns.
• Preparing and sending newsletters and onboarding emails.
• Creating, scheduling and publishing content on LinkedIn.
• Collecting data from analytics, advertising platforms and CRM systems and turning it into concise reports.
• Maintaining and improving our marketing tools, including CMS, analytics, CRM/automation and design tools.
• Using AI tools where they can make research, content creation, visual production or analysis more efficient.

We are looking for ongoing freelance support for our day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role rather than a pure strategy position or a fixed-term project. New tasks come up regularly, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently and get things done.

A landing page needs an update? A campaign needs to go live? A presentation needs some design work? A mailing needs to be sent? You take it from brief to execution.

You will work directly with the the Head of Marketing, as well as other colleagues from the team, mainly asynchronously with short check-ins when needed.

Tasks

Depending on priorities, your tasks may include:

• Updating landing pages, adding content and publishing new pages.

Requirements

• Practical experience across several areas of marketing, such as web, paid advertising, content, design and email marketing.
• The ability to quickly switch between different tasks and work independently.
• A strong eye for quality, design and clear communication-

• Practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
• Fluent English
• German language skills are an advantage, as is experience with the German B2B marketClear, direct communication and the ability to work with limited supervision
