We're looking for an experienced Freelance IT Project Manager to lead and drive critical initiatives in the electronic patient record (ePA) space for a leading digital health company based in Berlin. If you have a strong background in healthcare IT, project delivery, and stakeholder management, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on the future of patient data systems in Germany.

Within this position, you will be managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to ePA integration and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with gematik and other relevant regulatory frameworks. You will also oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, risk management, and change management.

Your profile:

• Deep understanding of the German eHealth landscape, especially the ePA ecosystem
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), TI connectors, and data protection protocols (GDPR)
• Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and English
• Experience working with or coordinating gematik-compliant solutions is a major plus
• Agile and/or classical project management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
