Responsibilities

• Identify grant opportunities from foundations, CSR programs, public funding, and donors.
• Develop high-quality funding proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and applications.
• Build and maintain a fundraising pipeline aligned with missions and projects.
• Translate project ideas into budgets, logic models, and measurable impact indicators.
• Support donor outreach, partnership development, and communications with funders.
• Coordinate submission requirements, deadlines, and supporting documentation.

We collaborate with businesses, educational institutions, and international organizations to turn innovative ideas into measurable social impact.

What you'll do

• Funding research: Identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, corporate CSR programs, public funding institutions, and international donors.
• Grant writing: Develop high-quality funding proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and grant applications.
• Fundraising strategy: Build and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities aligned with our mission and projects.
• Proposal development: Translate project ideas into compelling narratives, budgets, logical frameworks, and measurable impact indicators.
• Donor engagement: Support outreach, partnership development, and communication with prospective funders.
• Application management: Coordinate submission requirements, deadlines, supporting documentation, and follow-ups.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, or proposal development, ideally with a track record of successful applications.
• Familiarity with European and international funding ecosystems, including foundations, corporate philanthropy, EU funding, and development cooperation.
• Excellent written English; German is a strong advantage.
• Experience in education, employment, digital inclusion, migration, or international development is particularly relevant.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and turn early-stage ideas into fundable projects.
