We are seeking a Freelance Customer Service Agent to reinforce our Customer Service team. Multilingual Proficiency : Fluent in French, German and English, a good command of a fourth language would be a plus (Italian or Spanish), enabling effective communication across diverse customer bases.

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Be the point of contact for the onboarding of new customers.
  • Occasional translations or assistance to other services.
