JPMorganChase in Berlin is seeking a Fraud Operations People Lead - SAR Filing to supervise the FCOI Specialist team, drive SAR investigations, and ensure compliant, timely reporting.

You will partner with investigation teams and regulatory authorities, implement process improvements, and mentor staff while fostering cross-functional collaboration across the firm. Fluent German and English are required, with prior AML experience in banking preferred.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Demonstrate at least 3–4 years of AML/fraud investigation experience in the financial sector, including SAR filing (goAML).
• Show experience communicating and coordinating with governmental authorities (e.g., FIU) to support investigations and reporting.
• Bring prior people-management/supervisory leadership experience; retail banking experience is an advantage.
