Twentyfour Industries is seeking a hands-on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to join our R&D team in a defense tech environment. You will configure flight controllers, tune Betaflight/PID gains, and test prototypes to ensure stable, repeatable flight performance from day one.

You should have strong FPV experience, be comfortable with Betaflight, and work full-time on-site in a structured, fast-moving team focused on European security technologies.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands‑on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

Strong hands‑on FPV experience is non-negotiable. EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

The day-to-day

• Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes
• Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links
• Test ground control software of autonomous systems
• Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation
• Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices
• Report test results, learnings, and improvement ideas directly to the R&D team

You should apply if you
