Twentyfour Industries is seeking a hands‑on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our R&D team with flight testing, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will configure flight controllers, tune Betaflight/PID gains, and ensure stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

Strong FPV experience is non‑negotiable; EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

Formación

• Have strong hands‑on FPV experience – building, flying, tuning, and repairing.
• Are comfortable working in Betaflight or similar software.
• Have a good feel for flight behaviour and practical debugging.
• Work in a structured, tidy, and reliable way.
• Give clear, honest feedback when something doesn’t work.
• Are available full-time and on‑site.
• Hold EU citizenship or are eligible for EU security clearance.
• Drivers License class B.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes.
• Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links.
• Test ground control software of autonomous systems.
• Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands‑on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

The day-to-day

• Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes
