We are looking for an FPGA Field Application Engineer who will join our German Engineering team to help guide our customers’ R&D in Germany and help them realize their innovative ideas within FPGAs. You will preferably live in the northern region of Germany.

Responsibilities

• Help development engineers select the right FPGA technologies and components for their next design.
• Grow our FPGA market share in Germany, in cooperation with our team of German and EMEA FPGA FAEs.
• Be involved in many different development projects of our customers.
• Prepare and conduct trainings, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Guide technical direction and priorities based on supplier shaping strategy and market situation.

Requirements

• Experience with electronics and passion for innovative technology that can change our way of living.
• M.Sc./B.Sc. Engineer or equivalent within electronics.
• In-depth understanding of FPGA technology, but no need to be updated on tools.
• Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design.
• Outgoing personality.
• Fluent in English; German language is a bonus.
• Driving license and willingness to travel in Germany for customer visits.
