Description

We have a great opportunity available for a FP&A Manager (f / m / d) to support three key Business Units - Just Spices, GAS and Nordics within our EPDM organization. At Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf, you will be part of a high-performing team, reporting to the FP&A Lead CNE. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and communicating key insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions across three Business Units.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze actual financial results for three Business Units (GAS, Nordics, and JS), identifying key drivers of performance and areas for improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Unit leaders and EPDM Finance central team members, to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial insights
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for the three Business Units, leveraging trend analysis and variance analysis vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Prior Year (PY) to inform business decisions
  • Manage the submission of financial data and insights to the EPDM FP&A central team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Lead the CNE FP&A Analyst in building and maintaining financial reports and files, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior leadership, providing recommendations for mitigation
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Controlling or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A Management or Commercial functions ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Fluent in English, German is a nice to have
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior key stakeholders
