Redcare Pharmacy in Köln, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an FP&A Analyst – Technology to join the Finance and Technology teams. You’ll support budgeting, cost analysis, and business cases for technology investments.

You’ll work with Finance and Technology stakeholders, develop insights using AI-enabled methods, and help drive strategic decisions in a fast-growing international business. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders across IT and Tech and a chance to shape financial planning

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A / Controlling experience.
• Strong analytical skills with financial data and large datasets.
• AI-first mindset: can AI solve the problem?
• Interest in Technology/digital business models; experience with business cases is a plus.

About the Role

To support our ongoing investments and innovation at scale, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst – Technology who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in technology, AI and digital transformation.

In this role, you will support the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of our Technology organization. You will work closely with Finance colleagues and Technology stakeholders to create transparency around costs and investments, prepare financial analyses, and support informed decision‑making and business cases.

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across IT and Tech, while developing a strong understanding of how financial insights can support technology investment decisions in a fast‑growing, international business.

This position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling team and offers an excellent opportunity to build your FP&A and business partnering capabilities at the intersection of Finance and Technology.

About your tasks

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology / IT organization.

Qualifications

About You

• Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets.
• AI-first mindset, always asking the question: “can I solve it with AI?”
• Strong interest in Technology, digital business models and/or eCommerce; experience with business cases or investment analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive, ambitious, curious, and comfortable working with different stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
