Wwshemi is building an AI-powered compliance platform in Munich. You will translate product priorities into production-ready features, collaborating with engineers and users to deliver tangible value in regulatory and product compliance.

We seek candidates with experience shipping software, strong CS background, and fluency in German and English. Familiarity with TS/React/Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, cloud platforms, and AI workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping software products to end users.
• Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A product-minded, user-focused approach, with the ability to identify underlying needs across different customers.
• Comfort using AI agents as a regular part of your engineering workflow.
• Experience in an early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-powered compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will work closely with engineers and users to turn product priorities into useful, production-ready features in the regulatory and product compliance space.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €65,000 to €75,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
