Talonic in Berlin seeks our first Founding Growth Marketer to own the inbound funnel and scale qualified pipeline for a technical B2B product.

You will run SEO, content, landing pages, paid experiments and events; optimize for AI assistants and answer engines; and build scalable AI-driven systems to amplify impact.

Fluent English is required, German is a plus, and equity is offered alongside base salary.

Talonic is looking for our first Founding Growth Marketer in Berlin!

Our sales team is set, enterprise customers run our product in production, and the technical groundwork for inbound is already built (including programmatic pages across 500+ document types, an llms.txt index, and an MCP server).

Now, we need someone to own how leads come in and scale the inbound funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Own the number: Your core metric is inbound qualified pipeline, not traffic, impressions, or vanity reach.
• Ship yourself: Run SEO, content, landing pages, paid experiments, and events.
• Next-gen discoverability: Optimize for AI assistants and answer engines (GEO/AEO), not just traditional search engines.
• Leverage AI as a force multiplier: Build scalable systems using AI to accomplish the output of an entire team.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve built B2B inbound engines from near zero (and have the numbers to prove it).
• You ship your own campaigns rather than handing off strategy decks to an agency or execution team.
• You’ve marketed technical products to technical buyers.

Compensation & Equity: €65k–€90k Base + Variable (tied to qualified pipeline) | Meaningful early-stage equity.

Location: Berlin (Fluent English required, German is a plus)
