Help us build **Niky.ai** – the full-stack AI hiring platform turning hiring from noise into signal.

We’re reimagining how hiring works: instead of resumes, we start with structured, voice-led interviews to generate multidimensional talent profiles—scored and matched automatically.

We are looking for our **first full-stack teammate** to help build the future of AI-led hiring. This is a **founding-level role**—you’ll shape the product, the culture, and the codebase.

### What You’ll Do

- Build and own core features across our full-stack platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend UX.

- Collaborate directly with the founders to ship product fast—designing elegant interfaces and interactions that make AI feel human.

- Help define and evolve our technical architecture as we scale to thousands of interviews.

- Shape our product with design thinking, user empathy, and attention to detail.

- Create interfaces that balance clarity, emotion, and data (think: Notion meets Superhuman for hiring).

### What We’re Looking For

- **You’re full-stack, but frontend is your superpower**—strong with React (or similar), Tailwind, and clean component design.

- You have an eye for craft. Not necessarily a designer, but you care how things feel, not just how they work.

- Experience working in small, fast-moving teams or building from zero to one.

- Familiar with cloud infrastructure (we use Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, etc.)—or eager to learn.

- Excited about AI, voice, and the future of work—and want to be part of shaping it.

If we need a bit more signal based on your background, we may ask you to complete a short, practical task tailored to the role.

3. **Final Human Interview**

A recruiter or hiring manager will connect with you for a final conversation to align on fit, answer questions, and move toward an offer.
