Job summary

ApplyMint in Berlin is seeking a Founding Engineer with a backend-leaning focus to join an early stealth B2B AI for MedTech startup. You will build and own core backend systems in a hands-on role alongside our senior engineering lead.

You will ship the product, own substantial backend areas, and work with Python, RAG, and agentic workflows while growing with the company and sharing in meaningful equity.

You'd be our first founding engineering member: hands-on building the product alongsideour senior eng lead, owning big parts of the backend — Python, RAG, and agenticworkflows — and growing with the company.
