Project Q, based in Berlin Mitte, is seeking a Founders Associate (m/f/d) to work closely with the CEO and management team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role focuses on aligning strategy with execution and driving company growth.

You will structure decisions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate strategic priorities into concrete actions. A hands-on, ownership mindset and excellent German and English skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent academic record.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative.
• Hands-on approach to driving tasks through to completion.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.

• Preparing decision papers, executive briefings, and strategic materials.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to support company growth.
• Contributing to the efficient scaling of the company while safeguarding its mission and strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Professional experience in a full-time role (0-2 years) or through relevant internships in fields such as consulting, defence, project management, or strategy

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university, with an excellent academic record
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe when required
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a hands‑on approach to driving tasks through to completion
• Confident demeanor, discretion, and reliability
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
