Zusammenfassung

welevel is seeking a Founders Associate to join our Munich studio and work closely with the founding team on growth, strategy and operations. You will support key projects, optimize processes with AI and automation, and help with market research to inform strategic decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in a startup/consulting/VC environment, strong automation track record, and finance or investor relations experience. Fluent German and English are essential, and EU work authorization is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role.
• Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations.
• Fluent German (C1 or above).
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
• Valid EU work authorization.
