Project Q, a European defence tech company based in Berlin, seeks a FoundersAssociate to work closely with the CEO and the management team. You will drive strategic alignment and operational execution across the organization, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academics, and willingness to travel within Europe and relocate to Berlin.

• Translating strategic priorities into concrete actions and operational execution
• Preparing decision papers, executive briefings, and strategic materials
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to support company growth
• Contributing to the efficient scaling of the company while safeguarding its mission and strategic objectives

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Professional experience in a full-time role(0-2years)or through relevant internships in fields such as consulting, defence, project management, or strategy
• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree from a top-tier university, with an excellent academic record
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe whenrequired
• Strong organizational skills anda high levelof initiative
• Strong senseof ownership and accountability, with a hands-on approach to driving tasks through to completion
• Confidentdemeanor,discretion, andreliability
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit andstrong communicationskills
• Based in Berlin or willing torelocateto Berlin
