Job summary

Limetax is seeking a Founders’ Associate for Growth & Operations in Berlin. You’ll own projects turning acquired firms into a scalable group, analyzing problems, making recommendations, and driving execution across our portfolio.

You should have initial experience in top-tier strategy consulting, strong analytical thinking, high ownership, and fluency in German. Availability to start ASAP is required in a fast-moving, founder-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate acquired firms into the group and set them up for stable operations.
• Build and refine processes and playbooks for scaling the group.
• Roll out the agentic platform with product and engineering teams and track adoption.
• Set up reporting across the group and identify where action is needed.
• Develop and test growth initiatives for the firms.
• Own high-priority strategic questions and turn complex information into clear recommendations and actions.
• Lead founder-led projects across teams to drive outcomes.

About Limetax

Limetax is building the agentic-first accounting and tax group for German SMEs.

We acquire established accounting and tax advisory firms and onboard them to our proprietary agentic platform. Our approach combines deep industry expertise with AI-native technology.

Backed by $40m in equity and debt from top-tier investors, we’re building and scaling a new kind of accounting and tax group in Germany.

Our founders bring significant experience in M&A, operations and AI-native technology. They previously built and scaled the unicorns Razor Group and Augustus.

The Role

As a Founders’ Associate Growth & Operations, you report directly to the founders and work from our Berlin HQ.

You own the projects that turn acquired firms into a scalable group. You analyze a problem, develop a recommendation and drive it through execution inside our firms.

The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve with the priorities of the company.

What You’ll Work On

• Integration of acquired firms. Lead workstreams that bring newly acquired firms into the group and set them up for stable operations.

• Operating playbook. Build and refine the processes and standards we use to integrate firms and run the group at scale.

• Platform rollout. Work with our product and engineering team to roll out our agentic platform in the firms and track adoption and impact.

• Performance and KPIs. Set up reporting across the group and use it to identify where we need to act.

• Growth. Develop and test initiatives to grow our firms.

• Strategy. Own high-priority strategic questions and turn complex or incomplete information into clear recommendations and actions.

• Founder-led projects. Take ownership of high-priority topics that cut across teams or don’t have a natural owner yet, and drive them to an outcome.

Your Profile

• Initial experience in top-tier strategy consulting.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking.

• High ownership.

• You enjoy working on the ground with people in our firms.

• Comfortable in a high-intensity environment with changing priorities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building and scaling a company.

• Experience in a high-growth startup or a VC fund is a plus.

• Professional German is mandatory.
