You'll transform ambiguous problems into actionable plans, build internal systems, and conduct essential research. • Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute end-to-end
• Build internal systems for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
• Run market, customer, and competitor research and turn insights into decisions
• Prepare founder-grade decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups
