Stackgini is building the AI operating system for Enterprise IT in Berlin. As a Founders Associate intern you will support the founding team with strategic initiatives, operations, and marketing, gaining exposure to executive decision-making and hands-on project delivery.

You will collaborate directly with the founders to expand our partner network, help run campaigns, and contribute to investor relations as we scale. This is a fast-paced startup role with meaningful ownership.

• First professional experience in startup or IT consulting, account management, or customer success in IT.

• Strategic Projects: Collaborate with founders on high-priority initiatives and act as a sparring partner for Leadership on strategic decisions.
• Operations Management: Support day-to-day tasks, connect with software providers, and expand partner network; ensure timely execution for client success.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns including social media, client outreach, and events.
• Finance & Investors Management: Assist with invoicing, accounting, planning, and reporting.

Stackgini is building the AI operating system for Enterprise IT.

Tasks

As a Founders Associate intern you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic issues. Your tasks will include:

Strategic Projects

• Collaborate directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects.

Operations Management

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks. You'll connect with leading software providers and expand our partner network.
• Plan and monitor progress, follow up with partners and ensure timely execution of all tasks required so that our clients are successful.

Marketing Support

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, including social media, client outreach and fairs.

Finance & Investors Management

• Assist in managing finances and investors, including invoicing, accounting, financial planning, reporting, etc.

Requirements

You are resilient, creative and reliable. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

• A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics or similar.
• First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager or customer success manager in the IT industry
• A great deal of self-confidence, empathy and sensitivity in dealing with others
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
• A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS
• A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems
• Business fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
