Stackgini GmbH is building the AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT, serving the IT landscapes of large enterprises with complex governance and rapid AI prototyping.

You will own enterprise accounts after deal closure, lead hands-on technical rollouts, configure agents, and connect key systems to drive first production value. You’ll onboard IT and business users, spot expansion opportunities, and shape product feedback from deployments.

Qualifikationen

At Stackgini we are building the AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT.

IT landscapes of large enterprises have never been under more pressure. Thousands of applications to govern. Major transformations to manage. Growing regulatory complexity on one side, business units shipping AI prototypes in days on the other. Tasks

What you'll own
You will make sure Stackgini lands and sticks with the enterprise customers you own. You join accounts right after the deal closes, run the technical rollout hands on, and fully take over from sales through to steady state usage.
No two weeks look the same: you scope the use case, configure the agents, connect the systems that matter and drive our customers to first production value. You onboard end users across IT and business, spot expansion signals early, and can turn a first pilot into a multi year, expanding relationship.
You also have a direct line into product. What you learn deploying into real enterprise landscapes feeds straight back into what we build next. This is an entrepreneurial role on a small, lean team.

Requirements

We're looking for people who share our obsession with delivering for customers. You'll fit right in if you're at your best inside complex enterprise IT environments.

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years working with enterprise. Direct enterprise experience preferred; deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or account roles where you owned a real outcome inside a customer's systems.
• You have a strong presence. You can build and hold relationships in enterprise environments, from IT admins to CIOs.
• You understand how modern AI agents and workflows actually work: prompt design, APIs, MCPs, A2A, not just the strategy slide about them.
• Real commercial instinct. You spot expansion, you can hold an early commercial conversation, and you understand that a great deployment is also how accounts grow.
• You communicate excellently in both English and German. Additional languages are a plus.

What’s a plus

• Enterprise IT expert: Strong understanding of how enterprise IT organizations actually work, ideally with exposure to topics such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, Software Asset Management, or IT Procurement
• User enablement experience: Hands-on experience in designing onboarding pathways, trainings, and certifications that drive adoption at scale.
