Zusammenfassung

Delvo Technology GmbH is looking for a Founder's Associate Intern in Berlin, offering a hybrid work option. You will support customer onboarding, research target industries, and design operational processes while gaining direct exposure to a B2B AI startup.

This role provides flexible hours around your university schedule and potential for a full-time position after graduation. Mentorship from experienced founders ensures that your ideas contribute directly to company decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support customer onboarding and rollouts, prepare demos and materials.
• Build and execute targeted outreach sequences, draft messaging.
• Research target industries and map competitive landscapes.
• Design and implement operational processes and workflows.
• Execute ad hoc strategic projects including trade fair preparation.

Experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement

Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student

Berlin (hybrid possible)

Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding and rollouts, prepare demos and materials, keep CRM and pipeline clean and actionable
• Build and execute targeted outreach sequences, draft messaging, and iterate based on what resonates with procurement leaders
• Research target industries, map competitive landscapes, and build data foundations for go-to-market decisions
• Design and implement operational processes: reporting templates, internal tooling, workflows
• Execute ad hoc strategic projects including trade fair preparation, partnership outreach, and content creation
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from ambiguous information
• Excellent communication in German and English (both are daily working languages)
• Self-starter mentality who figures out what needs doing independently
• Bonus: experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement
• Bonus: comfortable with tools like Notion, Linear, HubSpot, or similar
