Cambrium is seeking a Founders Associate Intern to join the Strategy and Operations team for a 6-month internship with a front-row view of entrepreneurship. You will work closely with Mitchell, the CEO, and Marla, the Chief of Staff, tackling high-impact projects to drive growth.

You will conduct strategic research, prepare for board meetings, and help position the company for its next growth stage through hiring and operational scaling.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s degree (incl. MBA) in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Previous internship experience in consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
• Highly driven and motivated with a strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to maintain structure and attention to detail in a fast-paced startup.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
