Lemon.markets is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work closely with the Founder, CEO, and leadership to drive strategic priorities and execution. You will own high-impact, cross-functional projects across commercial, product, and operations teams, and mentor the Founder’s Associate Intern team as the company scales.

You’ll contribute to refining processes, documentation, and organizational structures, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and AI-enabled improvements across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor and Master degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (early-stage startup, fintech, consulting, tech).
• Experience from brokerage, trading or custody or eagerness to learn the engine room details of the mission.

• Support the Founder and CEO on strategic and operational projects that drive company goals.
• Own and lead projects with focus on brokerage, custody and capital markets where domain knowledge is essential.
• Analyze market developments, competitor dynamics, and trends across European brokerage and wealth platforms.
• Take ownership of special projects supporting Lemon.markets' growth.
• Lead and mentor the Founder’s Associate Intern team and ensure high-quality execution.
• Refine and scale internal processes, documentation, and operating structures, including AI opportunities.
• Execute cross-functional initiatives across teams.
• Act as a connector to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Your Mission

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the Founder, CEO, and leadership team to help drive the company’s strategic priorities and operational execution. You will take ownership of high‑impact, cross‑functional projects across the business, supporting initiatives in commercial, product, and operations teams, improving internal processes, building organisational structures, and ensuring alignment as the company scales.

You will

• Support the Founder and CEO on strategic and operational projects that drive company goals and priorities.
• Own and lead projects with a deep focus on brokerage, custody and capital markets where domain knowledge is essential.
• Analyse market developments, competitor dynamics, and trends across the European brokerage, wealth, and investment infrastructure landscape.
• Take ownership of special projects that support the next stage of lemon.markets’ growth.
• Lead and mentor the Founder’s Associate Intern team, providing structure, guidance, and prioritisation across projects while helping develop their skills and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Contribute to refining and scaling internal processes, documentation, and operating structures across the company, especially in light of AI opportunities.
• Help develop, structure, and execute cross‑functional initiatives across teams.
• Act as a connector across the organisation by understanding team priorities, spotting gaps and blockers early, and driving effective cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll be successful in this role if you

• Have a background (bachelor and master degree) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or a similar area.
• Are an entrepreneurial problem solver who takes ownership, applies analytical skills and structured thinking, and works independently.
• Have gained at least two years of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally in an early‑stage startup, fintech, consulting, tech company or similar.
• Bring experience from the world of brokerage, trading or custody, or are deeply excited to get into the engine ring details of our mission to make anyone an investor.
• Cope well with frequent change and ambiguity, think logically, break down complex problems and prioritise between multiple tasks.
• Are a team player who shares knowledge naturally.
• Never let things fall on you; you follow up until the job is done.
• Are ready and willing to take ownership; you identify problems, take initiative, and challenge the status quo.
