FLYBABY GmbH seeks a Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives across the business. You will gain exposure to strategy, finance, product, operations and marketing in a fast-growing consumer brand.

Every week brings new challenges—from optimizing warehouse operations to coordinating product launches and implementing AI tools. You will become an extension of the founders and drive impactful improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Work directly with founders on day-to-day challenges.
• Be the key link between founders and the team.
• Own operational projects from idea to execution.
• Improve processes across operations, logistics, CX and product.
• Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers & partners.
• Build dashboards and analyze business performance for decisions.
• Implement AI tools and automation across the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
• Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows.

As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business-from strategy and finance to product development, operations and marketing.

Every week is different.

One day you might optimize warehouse operations, the next you'll coordinate a product launch, improve our customer experience, implement Al tools or work with suppliers to solve production challenges.

You'll become an extension of the founders and help move the business forward wherever it's needed most.

• Experience with Excel, Notion and Al tools such as Claude is a plus.
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations or consumer brands is a plus-but attitude matters more than your CV.
