About the Role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders on the most important challenges facing the company. This is a highly dynamic role designed for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the inside. You will gain exposure to nearly every aspect of the business—from recruiting and operations to fundraising, partnerships, customer engagement, and strategy. No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be helping prepare investor materials, the next organizing a recruiting initiative, supporting customer conversations, analyzing market opportunities, or improving internal processes as we scale.
