Jobtailor in Munich invites a highly motivated intern to join from day one, acting as a true entrepreneur alongside our founding team. You’ll learn what it means to build a company and help position Mycolever as a market leader.

You will engage in go-to-market activities, assist with product development and fundraising strategies, and tackle scalability challenges across launches, sales processes, marketing, and project management.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, business informatics or related fields.
• First internship experience in startups, tech, or consulting is an advantage.
• Business fluent in English; German may be required for some positions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a get-things-done attitude.

Aufgaben

• Engage in GTM activities: validate business cases, interviews, marketing & sales projects, and product launch prep.
• Address scalability challenges: launches prep, sales processes, marketing support, and project management.
• Contribute to product development activities in software or biotech scale-up.
• Assist founders in fundraising strategies and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.
• Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.
• Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.
• Engage in the implementation of our go-to-market strategy through e.g. business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.
• Address challenges related to process and operational scalability, such as preparing product launches, building sales processes, supporting marketing activities, supporting project management, etc.
• Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.
• Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process, from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, business informatics, formulation chemist, cosmetics, or others.
• First internship experience in startups, tech companies, or consulting is an advantage.
• Business fluent in English. Fluency in German may be required for certain positions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A 'get-things-done' attitude, and not afraid to take initiative.
