Eraneos Germany sucht eine erfahrene/n Ingenieur/in für End-to-End‑KI‑Lösungen. Sie verantworten Architektur, Implementierung und Bereitstellung von agentischen Systemen, LLM‑Integrationen und RAG‑Pipelines in echten Enterprise‑Umgebungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Entscheidungsträgern zusammen, führen Deployment‑Pipelines durch und vertreten technische Entscheidungen direkt auf Führungsebene. Deutsch C1 und Englisch fließend, Bereitschaft zur vorwiegenden Vor-Ort‑Arbeit.

Qualifikationen

For us, the work doesn’t stop at the concept stage, and it doesn’t start only once the spec is finished: an initiative stays in one pair of hands from the first idea to the running system. We always work with the latest models and tools to succeed with the client. There’s no prescribed stack — instead, we pick the right tool for each task. You design technical solutions from the first idea through to production deployment, working closely with decision-makers on both the client and management side.

What to expect

• You own the architecture and technical implementation of the AI solution end to end — from strategy through to production
• You build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real enterprise environments
• Agentic coding tools are your everyday toolkit: you use them to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines
• You’re involved from the very first idea, not just once the spec is finished — growing deeper into the strategic and business side along the way
• You stay accountable until the end: you don’t hand things off, you see the solution through until it’s running and delivering impact
• You represent your technical decisions directly at executive level and lead these conversations yourself, without going through an intermediary layer

Who you are

• You stand behind the whole outcome, not just one part of it. You stick with it until the solution is running in production and delivering impact, and you share in the responsibility for that — a founder and product mindset rather than simply executing tasks
• You build hands‑on, at the highest level — and you think beyond the code. From an engineering perspective, that means you’ve already taken LLM-based systems into production and understand the business rationale behind them, not just the architecture
• You’re convincing at executive level. You’ve already owned and defended technical decisions directly in front of top management. You bring this with you — we won’t be developing you into it
• Proven experience bringing LLM-based systems into production — ideally as a Forward‑Deployed or Founding Engineer
• Excellent, production‑grade Python skills (e.g. FastAPI, containers, Git, CI/CD) and a deep understanding of agentic architectures, retrieval methods, and function calling
• You use agentic coding tools as a core part of your toolkit, not as a gimmick — including building deployment pipelines
• An appetite for picking up where classic engineering roles leave off, and for growing deeper into the strategic side
• Ideally, experience in one of our core industries — Financial Services, Transportation & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Sector, Automotive, or Defence. More important than the specific industry is that you quickly get up to speed in a new, often regulated environment
• German (at least C1) and business‑fluent English
• Willingness to work regularly on‑site at client locations
• A completed degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, data science, business informatics, or a comparable field (Bachelor's or higher)
