Trust In SODA is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to turn ambiguous business challenges into working AI solutions, moving quickly from ideas and prototypes to production. You’ll work directly with clients while remaining hands-on and collaborating with engineering squads.

You will orchestrate AI agents, build data pipelines and ML workflows, train and deploy models, and develop cloud services on Azure.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience building scalable, production-grade software.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on production ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Experience with secure web applications and PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working with AI agents, Claude Code and AI evals.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• C1+ German for client communication.

Location: Berlin, Onsite

Travel: ~50% client-site in DACH region

Experience: 3+ years

Duration: Initial 6 Months with a view to go permanent

Rate: €385 - €455 per day

You'll work directly with clients while remaining hands-on technically, combining strong engineering skills with a modern, agent-first approach to development.
