We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate test aircraft operations, ensure readiness for testing, and drive the permit-to-fly process in a collaborative team of aviation enthusiasts.

You will lead a cross-functional team, liaise with maintenance, plan maintenance and test activities, and chair readiness reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a flight test environment.
• Experience as a Project FTE, Project Engineer.
• Aircraft maintenance experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Autonomous worker with excellent communication.
• Very good written and oral knowledge in English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate parties involved in test aircraft operation to ensure readiness for testing per schedule.
• Liaise with maintenance to define pre & post flight test activities.
• Plan and track test aircraft maintenance, modifications and parts availability.
• Chair test readiness reviews for ground and flight tests.
• Participate in flight test debriefings to plan deficiency resolution and maintenance.
• Manage aircraft schedule in cooperation with the Lead Flight Test Engineer.

This is what you can do:

• Coordinates the different parties involved in test aircraft operation to ensure readiness for testing per test air-craft schedule. Oversees the activities and deliverables to achieve Permit to Fly.
• Liaise with maintenance (through Maintenance representative) to define pre & post flight test activities.
• Plan and track test aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting activities, modifications, configuration changes and ensure the availability of the required parts, tools, equipment and material.
• Chair test readiness reviews conc. the test aircrafts involved in ground and flight tests.
• Participates in Flight Test debriefings to quickly elaborate a plan for deficiencies resolution and maintenance plan on test aircraft before next flight
• Manage aircraft schedule in cooperation with the Lead Flight Test Engineer.

You’ll bring this with you:
