300 Fahrzeuge, steuern Leasing-, Service- und Mobilitätsdienstleister und treiben Kostenoptimierung sowie Prozessverbesserungen voran. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Weiterentwicklung von Fleet- und Mobility-Prozessen sowie die Betreuung administrativer Standortservices.

Qualifikationen

• Verantwortung für Fuhrparkmanagement (ca. 300 Fahrzeuge).
• Erfahrung im Fuhrpark-, Facility-, Site-Service- oder Dienstleistungsmanagement.
• Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und analytische Fähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für das betriebliche Fuhrparkmanagement (ca. 300 Fahrzeuge).
• Steuerung von Leasing-, Service- und Mobilitätsdienstleistern.
• Weiterentwicklung der Fleet- und Mobility-Prozesse inkl. Elektrifizierungsstrategie.
• Betreuung administrativer Standortservices (Empfang, interne Services, Mobilfunk).
• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in Fleet- und Site-Service-Themen.

Verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Fuhrpark- und Mobilitätsservices sowie ausgewählter administrativer Standortservices. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs, Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Betreuung interner Kunden, Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen sowie Mitarbeit an Infrastruktur-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Verbesserungsprojekten. Zusätzlich Verantwortung für Fleet-Management-Systeme, Mobilfunkausstattung und zugehörige Reporting- und Abrechnungsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Fachwirt, Betriebswirt) oder vergleichbares Studium Erfahrung im Fuhrpark-, Facility-, Site-Service- oder Dienstleistungsmanagement Ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Kostenbewusstsein Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
