In this hands‑on role, you will manage a small team providing training and first‑line support, ensuring smooth adoption of tools used for First Mile data collection in cocoa, coffee, and cotton supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user support and training for First Mile digital tools
• Act as the bridge between field teams and IT during testing and releases
• Monitor tool performance and user adoption, producing regular reports
• Oversee issue resolution and process improvement
• Coordinate closely with product, data, and transformation teams
• Travel to origin locations to support implementation and gather feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field; MBA/Master’s a plus
• 5+ years managing software tools, ideally in soft commodities or rural settings
• Experience delivering training and coordinating releases
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to field operations
