Arsenault in Germany seeks a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. You will analyze and present financial reports, compare actuals to forecast, and act as a financial partner to the Sales Team across global operations. Strong Excel, SAP, and bilingual German/English skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner.
• Communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in comparison to prior year(s), forecast and budget.
• Manage the SBU´s financial monitoring and reporting systems.
• Manage global sales accruals processes for the SBU.
• Act as a financial partner of the Sales Team.
• Research and report on factors influencing business performance, and adjust reporting requirements accordingly (set new KPI´s when needed).
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for performance improvement opportunities.
• Supervise annual internal audit processes, provide support and/or guidance to the plants in relation to SOX audits.
• Communicate, monitor and ensure compliance to the companys guidelines and procedures.
• Implement robust communication processes with the plants.
• Prioritize tasks and requirements diligently, whether routine or ad-hoc.
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the various legal entities are met.
