About the Project

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join one of Toogeza’s clients.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key figure for budgeting, expense control, and financial transparency within the operations. Your work will directly support decision‑making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.

Requirements

Must‑Have:

• 2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations
• Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, proactive approach
• English: b1

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Background in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)
• Experience in digital B2C or iGaming business models
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — user level

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgets
• P&L Monitoring: Perform plan‑vs‑actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variances
• Expense Control: Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structures
• Model Maintenance: Update and support existing financial models provided by management
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summaries
• Payments Analysis: Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenarios
• Cross‑functional Support: Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiatives
