As a Finance Talent (m/f/d), you will be the interface for our financial processes and support management with transparency and reliability in all financial decisions – thus laying the foundation for our further growth.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in finance or accounting (e.g., balance sheet accountant, financial accountant, or similar) or a completed degree (business administration, finance, accounting, or similar)
- Initial professional experience in accounting, ideally supplemented by insights into controlling
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with DATEV is an advantage
- Interest in data, analysis, and controlling topics
- Team spirit, initiative, structured working style, and a desire to improve things

Your tasks
- You will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting (incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, processing & checking payment transactions)
- You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with our tax advisor
- You will contribute your own ideas and maintain and further develop our accounting processes
- You will assist in the preparation of reports, ad hoc analyses, budget planning, and forecasts
- You will participate in the further development of key performance indicator systems
- You will analyze figures and data and derive recommendations for action for management
