DataGuard is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to advance our finance data landscape and reporting capabilities. You will connect finance systems across multiple tools, own the cycle from actuals to forecasting, and automate recurring processes to enable scalable insights for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Finance Operations or similar finance data focused role

• Continuously improve finance data landscape by reducing manual touchpoints and optimizing system integrations
• Connect finance systems and data across tools such as Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero, Fortnox and Agicap to improve finance scalability and robustness
• Own the logic between accounting actuals, management reporting, forecasting and financial models for clear, decision-ready insights
• Automate and optimize recurring finance processes such as monthly reporting, cash forecasting, actuals consolidation, KPI monitoring
• Design and improve integrations, APIs and finance tooling to reduce manual exports, uploads and spreadsheet maintenance
• Help shape a finance function where smart systems drive insights and business impact

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You continuously improve our finance data landscape by reducing manual touchpoints, optimizing system integrations, and making reporting and planning processes more scalable

• You connect finance systems, source data and reporting logic across tools such as Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero, Fortnox and Agicap helping us make our finance function smarter, more scalable and robust

• You own the logic between accounting actuals, management reporting, forecasting and financial models so leadership can work with clear, consistent and decision ready finance insights

• You automate and optimize recurring finance processes such as monthly reporting, cash forecasting, actuals consolidation, commission calculations and KPI monitoring

• You design and improve integrations, APIs and finance tooling to reduce manual exports, uploads, reconciliations and spreadsheet maintenance wherever possible

• You help shape a finance function where smart systems do the heavy lifting and the team can focus on insights, decisions and business impact

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance or a similar finance data focused role within SaaS or another recurring revenue business where ARR, MRR, churn and CAC are familiar territory

• Strong FP&A fundamentals across financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting

• Hands on experience improving finance systems, integrations or automation workflows, ideally including APIs, AI enabled workflows or ERP related projects

• A builder mindset with real curiosity for how finance, data and systems orchestrate

• Advanced Excel skills and the confidence to work with large datasets, complex models, pivots, queries, validation logic and reporting structures

• Fluent English skills; German is a plus but not necessary
