Job summary

HelloFresh in Berlin is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and develop our Financial modules within Oracle Financials Cloud and related ERP tools. You’ll troubleshoot and optimize existing functionality across global business units, contributing to continuous improvement in our finance systems landscape.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administration experience with either Oracle Fusion Cloud or EBS or other cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and using Oracle APIs.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable performance of ERP with focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses).
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance financial systems and processes.
• Support implementation, migration, and integration of Oracle modules.
• Educate and prepare end-users for new functionality and features.
• Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations to address ERP needs.
• Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system.
• Oversee SRs with Oracle Cloud operations and maintain documentation.

You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud as well as supporting the team with other systems within Finance. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimizing the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. What you’ll do

• Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses)
• Troubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes
• Support implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules
• Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
• Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system
• Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
• Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete any
  administration tasks and resolve issues
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
