Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join the Global Finance team in Berlin. You will support and develop Oracle Financials Cloud modules and assist with other Finance systems, troubleshooting and optimizing current functionality across the business.

The role focuses on GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expenses, with collaboration across internal teams and external partners. A 2–3 year background in Oracle or cloud ERP and strong SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of administering financial systems with Oracle or cloud ERP.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle APIs.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable performance of ERP with focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses).
• Troubleshoot and support financial systems processes; seek enhancements.
• Support implementation, migration, and integration of Oracle modules.
• Educate end-users on new functionality and features.
• Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and deliver reports or recommendations to address ERP needs.
• Ensure ERP best practices are followed.
• Oversee SRs with Oracle Cloud operations to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

The role

If you love the world of food, join us as our new Finance Systems Analyst (m/f/x) in the Global Finance team. You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud as well as supporting the team with other systems within Finance. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimizing the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. What You’ll Do

• Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses)
• Troubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes
• Support implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules
• Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
• Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system
• Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
• Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete any administration tasks and resolve issues
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administration experience with either Oracle (Fusion Cloud or EBS) or other cloud-based ERP solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups
• Hands-on experience with SQL and using Oracle APIs.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study. Individuals with leadership, project management, analytical, and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
