Job summary

360 Treasury Systems AG is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee global financial activities from IFRS/GAAP- compliant accounting to reporting and treasury operations in Frankfurt. You will work with management to ensure timely monthly and annual results and collaborate with auditors and the Deutsche Börse group.

In this role you will lead month-end close, manage accounts payable/receivable, and contribute to evolving finance processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin/Accounting.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP.
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with fixed deadlines and ad-hoc tasks.
• Team player with good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monthly billing and dunning (Accounts Receivable).
• Monthly bookkeeping (IFRS and local GAAP).
• Monthly financial reporting for Management and Deutsche Börse Group.
• SAP tasks (expenses, master data).
• Liquidity management (bank accounts, petty cash, cards).
• Accounts Payable in cooperation with Deutsche Börse service center Prague.
• Intercompany funding (Cost-Plus invoicing).
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting documents.
• Auditors and customer contact person.
• Preparation of presentations for supervisory board meetings.
• Analyze monthly turnover developments.
• Contact person for Deutsche Börse Financial Accounting and Controlling.

Job description

As a Finance Manager you are responsible for the financial activities of our global organization. You are both being part in managing the monthly and annual Financial reports, and reporting functions, as well as overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing cashflows.
In your first months you will support our Group Head of Finance and our respective Finance Team regarding the following:

• Monthly billing and dunning (Accounts Receivable)


• Monthly bookkeeping (IFRS and local GAAP)


• Monthly financial reporting for Management and Deutsche Börse Group


• Various accounting tasks with SAP (expenses, master data)


• Active contribution to evolution of FAC processes and general improvements


• Management of liquidity base (bank accounts, petty cash and credit cards)


• Accounts Payable (in cooperation with Deutsche Börse service center Prague)


• Intercompany funding (Cost-Plus invoicing)


• Preparation of statutory financial statements and supportive documents


• Contact person for auditors and customers


• Preparation of presentation for supervisory board meetings


• Analyzing of monthly turnover developments


• Contact person for Deutsche Börse Financial Accounting and Controlling

Your Profile
