Eurostyle Systems is a global Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in interior systems and plastic components for major automotive manufacturers. Following its recent acquisition by DSBJ, a Shanghai-listed industrial group, Eurostyle Systems is entering a new phase of transformation, with a strong focus on financial discipline, performance management and the continued development of its Finance organization.

The Role

Eurostyle Systems is looking for a Finance Manager Germany to lead Finance for its German manufacturing site and Technical Center in the Würzburg area.

This is a broad, hands-on Finance leadership position combining controlling, accounting, performance management and business partnering. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Group Finance organization, the Finance Manager will ensure financial transparency and robust financial processes while supporting the operational performance of the German business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and performance reporting processes
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Plant Manager and operational teams
• Monitor manufacturing performance, industrial variances, cost drivers and profitability
• Ensure accurate accounting, statutory reporting, tax declarations and financial compliance
• Oversee cash management, inventories and working capital
• Strengthen controlling processes, reporting standards and performance management tools
• Support improvements in SAP utilization and reporting automation
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls and IFRS requirements
• Lead and develop the local Finance team, comprising a Controller and an Accountant

Your Profile

• Approximately 5–7+ years of experience in financial controlling, plant finance, accounting or a related Finance role
• Previous experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally automotive
• Strong understanding of plant controlling, industrial costing, BOMs and manufacturing variances
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, including IFRS
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO/PS
• Strong Excel and financial modelling/reporting capabilities
• Exposure to cash flow, working capital and financial compliance
• Ability to work effectively with plant management, engineers and operational teams
• Previous team leadership or people-management exposure
• Comfortable operating in a transformation environment and implementing greater structure
• Fluent German and English
